Description

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of insurance enterprise software solutions.
  • Provide technical direction on technology selection, architecture, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver cohesive solutions and a seamless user experience.
  • Optimize platform performance for large datasets and high user traffic.
  • Conduct and lead code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain code quality.
  • Investigate and fix bugs to improve platform reliability.
  • Ensure web application security and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Stay current with new technologies, frameworks, and best practices and guide the team accordingly.
  • Design for scalability and flexibility as the platform grows.
  • Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer leading complex SaaS applications.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a lead or manager role.
  • Strong backend experience with .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Docker.
  • Proficiency in frontend technologies such as JavaScript, Vue.js, and/or React.js.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with microservices and/or clean architecture.
  • Strong practical experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  • Experience with unit, integration, and function testing using frontend and backend testing libraries.
  • Proficiency in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
  • In-depth knowledge of web security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Experience optimizing performance for high-traffic web applications.
  • Experience with container technologies like Docker and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience working in agile environments and with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for staying updated on software development trends and best practices.
