Description

  • Set up and configure core products within the company’s platforms.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and engineering teams to understand product specifications and requirements.
  • Identify, document, and report system anomalies or defects during the setup process.
  • Assist in managing and triaging reported issues and work with developers toward timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate configuration documentation and support improvements in internal workflows.
  • Monitor updates and features delivered by other teams to understand system interactions.
  • Support delivery metric tracking across different regional markets.

Requirements

  • Currently in the 4th year of study or a recent graduate in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • No technical background or coding experience is required.
  • A genuine interest in software development, technology, and emerging tech trends is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Highly responsible and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willing to go above and beyond when needed.
  • Business Management background is especially relevant for this internship.
