Description

  • Drive end-to-end engineering and machine learning work on ambiguous, large-scale, and complex problems.
  • Build, experiment with, optimize, and deploy machine learning models into production.
  • Establish scalable and automated processes for data analysis, model development, model validation, and model serving.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing teams to develop and deploy ML models and services across marketing platforms.
  • Support ML enablement across platforms such as search advertising, affiliate, display targeting, CRM, audience, push marketing, and attribution.
  • Present results and explain methods to leadership.
  • Mentor junior engineers and help develop ML talent across the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or a closely related field.
  • 8 years of experience in engineering teams building large-scale ML-driven user-facing products.
  • Experience building and maintaining highly available, distributed systems.
  • Experience working on backend and ML systems for large-scale user-facing products (preferred).
  • Experience closely collaborating with other engineering teams to ship new ML technologies (preferred).
  • Extensive knowledge of deep learning (preferred).
  • Experience with state-of-the-art ML techniques such as transformers, self-supervised pre-training, generative modeling, and LLMs (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience training and applying models at scale (preferred).
  • Proficient coding skills in Java, C++, or Python (preferred).
  • Self-motivation, curiosity, creativity, and initiative to achieve goals (preferred).
