Description

  • Prepare knowledge systems such as Confluence and Highspot for retrieval-augmented generation by cleaning, deduplicating, and formatting content.
  • Certify data sources before IT development by enforcing metadata labeling, archiving outdated content, and defining bounded contexts.
  • Convert complex human-readable content such as nested macros, embedded PDFs, and poorly structured tables into standard formats like Markdown.
  • Enforce Golden Data standards and act as a gatekeeper for knowledge repositories used by Value Services.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure content follows Single Source of Truth principles before agent ingestion.
  • Establish reporting to identify stale pages, broken links, and contradictory policies, and remediate data rot.
  • Align local content standards with corporate policies through collaboration with the enterprise Data, AI, and Analytics organization.
  • Lead or support large-scale content auditing, deduplication, and migration initiatives to create governed knowledge repositories.
  • Design and implement metadata frameworks, taxonomy structures, and relational data models for structured information architecture.
  • Evaluate data quality using a red-team mindset to identify gaps, bias, and inaccuracies in knowledge content.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience leading large-scale content auditing, deduplication, and migration initiatives.
  • Experience transforming high volumes of unstructured documentation into clean, governed, AI-ready knowledge repositories.
  • Experience designing and implementing metadata frameworks, taxonomy structures, and relational data models.
  • Deep understanding of large language models and how content formatting, labeling, and governance affect AI accuracy and hallucination risk.
  • Experience administering and optimizing enterprise knowledge management platforms such as Confluence and Highspot.
  • Proficiency using Markdown and HTML to standardize content organization and accessibility.
  • Experience establishing and enforcing data governance standards, taxonomy conventions, and content quality controls across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work without reliance on enterprise taxonomy management tools.
  • Experience applying a red-team approach to evaluate data quality, gaps, bias, and inaccuracies.
  • Ability to align local knowledge standards with broader enterprise data policies.
