Description

  • Train Coupa sales teams, including AEs, Solution Advisors, and CVMs, on Cirtuo’s strategic positioning, executive value narrative, and advanced use cases.
  • Help sales teams move conversations from tactical discussions to strategic business outcomes.
  • Join mid- to late-stage customer and prospect discussions as a subject matter expert on category management value.
  • Build credibility with CPO- and VP-level stakeholders by linking category management best practices to business outcomes and operating model transformation.
  • Partner with sales on key opportunity inflection points to validate ROI, strengthen the value proposition, and create urgency for decision-making.
  • Support final-stage deal discussions to overcome strategic objections and help close business.
  • Represent Cirtuo in internal forums, executive customer meetings, and external industry events as a procurement transformation advocate.
  • Share insights from the field with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve messaging, analyst positioning, and strategic narrative.
  • Identify white space and expansion opportunities within Coupa’s customer base to grow strategic value and pipeline.
  • Provide strategic governance for how Cirtuo is positioned as a mission-critical platform in the market.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of strategic procurement or category management experience in a global, large-scale enterprise environment.
  • Proven ability to engage, challenge, and influence CPO- and VP-level executives.
  • Deep experience driving digital transformation and adoption of procurement technology.
  • Commercial acumen and experience working with sales teams in executive-level pre-sales or consultative selling environments.
  • Strong executive presence, strategic communication, and business storytelling skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global SaaS organization.
  • Experience in management consulting, procurement strategy leadership, or senior solution advisory roles is a significant advantage.
  • Background in category strategy, organizational design, and enterprise-wide value delivery is highly relevant.
  • Ability to operate in a strategic alignment and deal acceleration role rather than hands-on technical solutioning.
  • Remote work setup suitable for a DACH Germany-focused role.
