Description

  • Lead complex cross-functional analytics projects focused on improving retention, engagement, and productivity.
  • Own the Global Employee Listening Program, including annual and pulse survey execution across the employee lifecycle.
  • Translate complex workforce data into executive-ready narratives, presentations, and visualizations that drive action.
  • Partner with HRIS and EDE teams to unify disparate data sources into a single source of truth in Snowflake/AWS.
  • Design and deploy Tableau dashboards and self-service analytics tools for COE partners and senior leaders.
  • Use SQL, Python, or R to analyze structured and unstructured data and support workforce challenges with analytics and AI methods.
  • Coach HRBPs and COEs on data literacy, insights interpretation, and evidence-based decision-making.
  • Advise HR and business leaders on organizational health and provide objective, data-driven feedback.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner on workforce planning, listening strategy, and organizational effectiveness measurement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in HR Analytics, Data Science, or BI.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or behavioral field such as CS, Statistics, Economics, or Org Psych, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Advanced SQL and Tableau proficiency.
  • Hands-on experience using Python or R for statistical modeling and text analytics.
  • Experience managing organizational data such as turnover, recruiting, and DEI metrics.
  • Experience designing and executing large-scale surveys, including methodology design and vendor management.
  • Proven ability to influence and provide objective feedback to VPs and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to transform complex analytics into high-impact presentations that drive executive alignment and organizational change.
  • Ability to operate independently in complex global environments as a consultative partner.
  • Experience with AI and machine learning best practices for workforce analytics (preferred).
