Description

  • Develop slides, instructor guides, and other materials for live online training programs focused on data and AI.
  • Customize curriculum by updating examples and case studies to match client needs.
  • Design interactive exercises and activities that promote learner engagement and hands-on practice.
  • Create workbooks, assignment materials, and capstone project guidelines for learners.
  • Review learning materials produced by subject matter experts and provide feedback to improve the learning experience.
  • Iterate on lessons based on instructor and learner feedback.
  • Ensure strong design, development, implementation, assessment, delivery, and facilitation across learning programs.
  • Define timelines, track progress, and deliver work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Standardize workflows and templates across client programs while adapting to specific requirements.
  • Analyze program data, monitor performance, and develop KPIs to measure efficiency and impact.
  • Manage resource allocation to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Design, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience designing courses for adult learners.
  • Experience designing corporate training for data and AI topics.
  • Experience applying strategies to engage learners and support learning goals.
  • Superior written communication, copy editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience developing and managing operational frameworks and processes that scale with growth.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools; Airtable experience is not required.
  • PMP, Scrum/Agile, or ITIL certifications are a plus but not required.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative and proactive communication style.
  • Bias for action and tenacity.
