Description

  • Lead a team of software engineers and own task planning, recruitment, performance management, and career development.
  • Drive your team’s delivery by planning work, managing dependencies, and keeping commitments on track.
  • Remove blockers proactively and communicate delivery risks before they impact outcomes.
  • Stay technically engaged in design discussions and code reviews, with a strong understanding of the system architecture.
  • Drive technical and architectural decisions that meet current product requirements and future needs.
  • Promote AI usage and adoption to improve quality, velocity, and time to market.
  • Guide engineers toward best practices and encourage automated testing to reduce manual testing overhead.
  • Partner with Product Management, QA, Scrum Masters, and other engineering teams to execute on roadmap commitments.
  • Support requirements, design, implementation, testing, and integration across the development lifecycle.
  • Foster an open, productive team culture and coach engineers on growth and development.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with SaaS applications.
  • 7+ years of experience with .NET Core, .NET Framework, or equivalent technologies.
  • Prior experience mentoring or leading engineers.
  • Proficiency with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Angular/TypeScript.
  • Working knowledge of MS SQL Server, SQL, and stored procedures.
  • Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong grasp of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor.
  • Ability to work with a diverse team in a dynamic, remote setting.
  • Nice to have: EHSQ&S industry experience, mobile device testing knowledge, awareness of AI/LLM concepts such as agentic frameworks, RAG, vector databases, or MCP servers, and a relevant university degree or equivalent experience.
