Description

  • Partner with the Head of Growth to shape the growth strategy and roadmap across acquisition, retention, lifecycle, partnerships, and new channels.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses, build growth-led business cases, forecast scenarios, and measure impact across all growth levers.
  • Own growth operations by building processes, dashboards, and AI-driven systems that improve velocity, clarity, and accountability.
  • Project manage complex cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment across Product, Data, Brand, Engineering, Culinary, Finance, Creative, and Customer Experience.
  • Define and refine workflows for testing, experimentation, and continuous optimization of growth efforts.
  • Coordinate go-to-market processes for new launches, campaigns, and product changes.
  • Serve as the operational spine of the Growth org by translating high-level strategy into clear goals, milestones, and action plans.
  • Identify bottlenecks, proactively resolve blockers, and improve processes to enable scale; lead new GTM initiatives such as local marketing and new product line expansion.
  • Partner with Analytics to streamline and automate OKR tracking, build clean dashboards, and monitor trends and funnel dynamics across acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation.
  • Propose and help execute optimization initiatives across the entire user lifecycle to improve performance and ROI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Growth Ops, BizOps, Strategy, Consulting, or Program/Project Management, preferably in a fast-scaling tech or consumer business.
  • Strong analytical skillset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and build business cases.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional workstreams and influence stakeholders across teams.
  • Comfortable toggling between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that are concise, structured, and effective with executives.
  • A builder's/COO mindset: scrappy, resourceful, continuously improving processes, and proactive about seeing around corners.
  • Highly adaptable, solution-oriented, low-ego collaborator who elevates teams and drives alignment.

Benefits

  • Base pay range $120,000–$150,000 USD (final pay depends on experience and internal equity).
  • Stock options plan granted on Day 1.
