Description

  • Oversee day-to-day performance of the QC area and enforce operational procedures.
  • Manage and support the QC team across shifts and priorities.
  • Plan and conduct audits or quality reviews to identify process gaps.
  • Coordinate with operations, culinary, and production teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Maintain documentation related to food safety, labeling accuracy, and corrective actions.
  • Monitor production output to ensure quality and consistency at scale.
  • Address issues in real time and drive corrective actions when nonconformities are found.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts across quality control processes.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in food production, quality control, or kitchen operations.
  • 1+ year of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards, GMPs, and SOP enforcement.
  • Experience monitoring production and ensuring quality and consistency at scale.
  • Ability to identify issues, document findings, and drive corrective actions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with operations, culinary, and production teams.
  • Experience conducting audits or reviewing production quality (preferred).
  • Familiarity with production tracking systems or internal tools (preferred).
  • Experience in ready-to-eat or high-volume meal production environments (preferred).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
