Description

  • Manage inbound support tickets from B2B clients and Smart Fridge users via Zendesk or other support platforms.
  • Respond to questions about Smart Fridge access, meal purchases, scanning issues, wallet balances, payment questions, bulk orders, and delivery inquiries.
  • Provide operational support to corporate clients, including office managers and program administrators.
  • Handle bulk meal order changes, scheduling questions, and delivery coordination.
  • Support Smart Fridge end-users with login, QR scanning, transaction, wallet top-up, account, and reward issues.
  • Investigate delivery issues, food quality concerns, system errors, and fridge-related incidents.
  • Document incidents clearly in support systems and follow escalation procedures.
  • Escalate issues to logistics, operations, product, or tech teams when needed and follow up through resolution.
  • Track recurring ticket themes and surface customer insights to improve service reliability and user experience.
  • Contribute to support documentation, macros, knowledge base content, and internal playbooks.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer support, operations support, or service delivery roles.
  • Experience using ticketing platforms such as Zendesk and Salesforce.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort interacting with both end-users and business clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Experience supporting B2B services or workplace programs is preferred.
  • Experience in food service, logistics, or hospitality operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with mobile apps or connected hardware products is preferred.
