Description

  • Analyze non-IT business problems and define requirements for process improvement.
  • Create financial payback assessment frameworks and document current and target business states.
  • Identify solution alternatives, recommend approaches, and translate needs between process owners and solution developers.
  • Gather complex business requirements and partner with customers to define business problems and data needs.
  • Lead the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions, including data visualization and transformation.
  • Develop analytics infrastructure, data engineering capabilities, and related BI initiatives.
  • Interpret trends and patterns using data visualization best practices.
  • Use data structures, data sources, Generative AI, and LLMs to develop analytics solutions.
  • Partner with IT and data engineering teams to build scalable data pipelines.
  • Collaborate on technical standards, data governance, and data architecture decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with SQL and SAS.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization and data transformation tools.
  • Ability to assess process performance and articulate business requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in large banking or fintech environments, including familiarity with credit processes (preferred).
  • U.S. education background (preferred).
