Description

  • Analyze non-IT business problems and define requirements for process improvements.
  • Create financial payback assessment frameworks and document current and target business states.
  • Evaluate alternative solutions and recommend approaches that connect process owners with solution developers.
  • Gather complex business requirements and work with customers to define business problems and data needs.
  • Lead the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions, including data visualization and transformation.
  • Develop analytics infrastructure, data engineering capabilities, and related BI initiatives.
  • Use visualization best practices to identify and communicate data trends and patterns.
  • Leverage data structures, data sources, Generative AI, and large language models to develop analytics solutions.
  • Partner with IT and data engineering teams to build scalable data pipelines.
  • Collaborate on technical standards, data governance practices, and data architecture decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with SQL and SAS.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization and data transformation tools.
  • Ability to assess process performance and clearly articulate business requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using data structures and data sources to support analytics solutions.
  • Experience with Generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
  • Experience in large banking or fintech environments, including familiarity with credit processes (preferred).
  • U.S. education background (preferred).
