Description

  • Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that differentiates ControlUp’s DEX solutions in the market.
  • Plan and execute product launches using a tiered launch strategy.
  • Create value-based and technical sales content for target personas and customer education.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and support opening new market opportunities for ControlUp and its partners.
  • Support field marketing events by creating messaging, themes, booth demos, presentations, and sales follow-up briefings.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement content that educates the field on product capabilities and use cases.
  • Gather and apply market and competitive intelligence to strengthen product positioning.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to internal product teams and reinforce customer problem-solving priorities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and sales to produce decks, tutorials, eBooks, demos, videos, and other collateral.
  • Educate sales and sales engineering teams on content availability, usability, and keeping materials up to date.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B software product or technical marketing experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in End-User Computing, such as Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Microsoft AVD, or in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and desktop solutions.
  • Strong understanding of relevant technologies and a curiosity to continuously learn how they work.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to build end-to-end plans and manage execution across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Product marketing writing experience creating sales enablement content, blogs, emails, and web copy.
  • Ability to drive technical content projects to completion independently and on time.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Video editing and graphic design experience is a plus.
