Description

  • Design and execute customer marketing programs that drive adoption, value realization, retention, renewal influence, expansion, cross-sell, and advocacy.
  • Own the customer lifecycle marketing strategy in partnership with Customer Success and Product.
  • Launch scalable customer marketing programs, including campaigns, nurtures, storytelling, proof points, references, reviews, and community initiatives.
  • Create and manage customer communications tied to product launches and releases.
  • Define success metrics for customer marketing, including engagement, retention influence, expansion pipeline, and advocacy output.
  • Own the end-to-end integrated campaign framework, including annual and quarterly planning.
  • Develop core messaging, value propositions, audience targeting, objectives, KPIs, and channel orchestration for integrated campaigns.
  • Serve as the central coordination point across marketing functions to keep campaigns aligned, consistent, and on schedule.
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, Field Marketing, and other teams to align campaigns with pipeline goals and sales motions.
  • Develop campaign briefs, timelines, and post-campaign performance analysis, and continuously optimize based on results.

Requirements

  • 6–9+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
  • Proven experience owning integrated campaign strategy and execution.
  • Direct experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or post-sale programs.
  • Strong understanding of B2B funnels, GTM motions, and sales alignment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Highly organized, strong communicator, and comfortable leading through influence.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using performance insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Experience in pre-IPO or scaling organizations is a plus.
  • Exposure to partner or ecosystem marketing is a plus.
  • Experience supporting both enterprise and mid-market motions is a plus.
