Description

  • Review documents for privilege, responsiveness, and related issues as part of eDiscovery workflows.
  • Perform redactions, conceptual searching, first review, and second review tasks.
  • Use electronic document review platforms to complete assigned review work.
  • Assist with legal research and foreign language translation when needed.
  • Work as part of a document review team supporting project-specific client needs.
  • Collaborate with project managers, programmers, engineers, reviewers, and analysts to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Follow project-specific hours and remote-work arrangements established by the employer.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese.
  • Familiarity with document review workflows, including privilege/responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, first and second review.
  • Experience with electronic document review technology such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
  • Experience as a member of a document review team (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher (preferred).
  • 2+ years of legal support experience (preferred).
  • Availability to work hours and location arrangements set on a project-by-project basis.
  • Ability to work outside standard business hours when required by a project.
