Description

  • Lead enterprise client delivery and oversee Project Management, Operations, and Cyber teams.
  • Manage client relationships through clear ownership, accountability, and consistent client engagement.
  • Partner with Associate Directors and Sales to strengthen relationships and drive account growth.
  • Collaborate with Advisory Services on client strategies, workflows, technology, and engagement models.
  • Establish and enforce client governance, including Quarterly Business Reviews, reporting, and client playbooks.
  • Oversee execution of processing, production, breach response, and eDiscovery workflows across the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and mentor Associate Directors to improve delegation, leadership capability, and accountability.
  • Drive operational standards, quality control, timeliness, scalability, and defensibility across engagements.
  • Support solution design and RFP responses, including pricing, scoping, team structure, and architecture.
  • Own financial performance, including revenue, margin, forecasting, portfolio health, utilization, and resource planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, operations management, project management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in eDiscovery or legal technology.
  • Deep expertise in the Electronic Discovery Reference Model and the litigation lifecycle.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing client services or operations teams.
  • Experience directing cross-functional delivery organizations.
  • Strong experience with Relativity; Relativity Certified Administrator certification is preferred.
  • Ability to translate client needs into scalable, high-quality operational solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Experience using structured methodologies such as RACI and Gantt frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, delegation, collaboration, and accountability skills.
  • Experience troubleshooting applications and coordinating with support teams.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset in time-sensitive, high-pressure environments.
