Description

  • Perform document review tasks including responsiveness and privilege review across client matters.
  • Apply and document redactions and other text modifications as required by project instructions.
  • Conduct conceptual searching and first- and second-level review workflows to identify relevant documents.
  • Use electronic document review platforms (e.g., Relativity, Concordance, ViewPoint) to tag, organize, and produce documents.
  • Collaborate with project managers, reviewers, programmers, and analysts as an integrated member of the project team.
  • Assist with expert testimony preparation, legal research, and foreign language translation related to review assignments as needed.
  • Follow project-specific protocols, timelines, and quality-control procedures to meet client requirements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Hindi.
  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and status in good standing.
  • Familiarity with document review workflows such as privilege/responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, and first/second review.
  • Experience with electronic document review technology (examples: Relativity, Concordance, ViewPoint).
  • Preferred: experience as a member of a document review team.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of legal support experience.
  • Availability for project-by-project work locations and hours, including opportunities for remote work and non-standard business hours.
