Description

  • Perform document review tasks including responsiveness and privilege assessments according to project protocols.
  • Execute redactions and apply conceptual searching during first- and second-pass reviews.
  • Use electronic document review platforms (e.g., Relativity, Concordance, ViewPoint) to code, organize, and produce documents.
  • Provide foreign-language review and translation support for assigned projects when required.
  • Conduct legal research and assist with expert testimony-related assignments as requested by project leads.
  • Collaborate with project managers, programmers, engineers, reviewers, and analysts as an integrated member of the project team.
  • Follow project-specific hours, location, and workflow requirements and meet accuracy and productivity expectations.

Requirements

  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, with status in good standing.
  • Fluency in French (for French-language review assignments).
  • Familiarity with document review workflows (e.g., privilege/responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, first/second review).
  • Experience with electronic document review technology (examples: Relativity, Concordance, ViewPoint).
  • Preferred: experience as a member of a document review team.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of legal support experience.
  • Willingness to work project-by-project with variable hours and location (remote/hybrid) and to accommodate project-specific scheduling, including potential outside-standard-business-hours work.
