Description

  • Define and launch the product strategy for Attribute Enrichment, prioritizing the highest-value opportunities using data, customer insights, and business goals.
  • Develop and communicate a clear value proposition for the Attribute Enrichment product, validated through customer feedback.
  • Lead iterative development and release cycles to improve product adoption, customer experience, and satisfaction.
  • Partner with PSL and go-to-market teams to reduce time-to-demo and enable rapid testing of attribute capabilities.
  • Define, track, and act on product performance and quality metrics to guide prioritization and product improvement.
  • Engage regularly with customers to gather feedback, identify pain points, and validate roadmap decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales, and customer success to streamline workflows and reduce friction.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and the business to ensure the roadmap addresses real needs and delivers measurable value.
  • Stay current on industry trends and ML enrichment innovations to inform product direction.
  • Champion a fast-paced, high-quality, iterative product development culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Proven track record of launching successful, high-quality products in fast-paced, technical environments.
  • Strong technical depth, especially in data or ML-driven products, with the ability to understand and improve complex systems.
  • Ability to define a compelling product vision and execute with speed and precision.
  • Deep customer focus with the ability to translate user needs into intuitive, impactful product solutions.
  • Comfort working in a culture of experimentation, iteration, and continuous learning.
  • Ability to make data-informed decisions using both qualitative insights and quantitative metrics, and pivot when needed.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build trust and reduce cross-functional friction.
  • Ownership mindset, with willingness to own both product success and failure.
  • Experience with ML or AI-based products, especially in data enrichment, catalog structuring, or search/discovery domains.
