Description

  • Own onboarding and activation for AI Agent customers, collaborating with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and Solutions teams.
  • Own revenue goals and product direction for assigned AI agent deployments, enabling client stakeholders to confidently launch and operate agents.
  • Ensure early, measurable results by connecting agent performance to business outcomes such as conversion rate, AOV, LTV, cost savings, and customer loyalty.
  • Act as the strategic and commercial owner for a portfolio of AI agent customers, serving as their primary advisor on agent strategy.
  • Drive revenue growth by supporting outbound sales during the sales process, expanding usage within existing customers, and developing strategic external partnerships.
  • Support messaging and marketing for the AI Agent solution to enable adoption and sales.
  • Analyze agent performance and provide data-driven recommendations and business cases to improve results.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on AI strategy.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback and requirements with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience with AI agents or AI-powered products in a customer-facing environment.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, account strategy, or solutions consulting within AI, SaaS, or data-driven products.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue from existing customers and managing revenue-owned accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and business cases.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging both operators and executives.
  • Consultative, proactive mindset and comfort operating in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch environment.
  • Experience connecting product/agent performance to business outcomes (e.g., conversion, AOV, LTV).
  • Experience working with retail and e-commerce customers (preferred).
