Description

  • Develop high-quality, innovative software in compliance with coding standards and organizational standards.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver designs, code, and tests in a timely manner.
  • Provide support to engineering teams with strong attention to detail.
  • Research, analyze, and document findings related to technical work.
  • Design, build, and maintain large-scale production services, web applications, data pipelines, and streaming systems.
  • Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack.
  • Help improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
  • Participate in the testing process through test review, analysis, witnessing, and software certification.
  • Evaluate code for validity, structure, standards compliance, and operating system compatibility.
  • Maintain current knowledge of technologies and programming practices through ongoing learning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
  • 6 to 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC and .NET 6+ with understanding of legacy and modern frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with React.js or Angular for frontend development.
  • Experience designing and building scalable microservices architecture.
  • Strong SQL skills; NoSQL experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms; AWS experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Strong understanding and practical application of software design patterns.
  • Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Comfortable working across monolithic applications and modern microservices.
  • Strong communication skills, organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work on multiple priorities.
  • Ability to solve problems, meet reasonable deadlines, understand complex algorithms, and work under general supervision.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bangalore if needed.
  • Ability to work Bangalore hours and, depending on location, hybrid or remote work arrangements.
  • React or Angular experience is mandatory.
