Description

  • Support Sales, Marketing, and Support teams with partner-facing initiatives and follow-through.
  • Research, analyze, and document partner needs, issues, and findings.
  • Coach, review, or delegate work to other team members when needed.
  • Ensure partners realize maximum value from their ConnectWise investments by driving license utilization, adoption, and renewal success.
  • Identify new partner opportunities and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and support successful renewals.
  • Propose solutions to partner problems using the ConnectWise platform and understanding of the partner’s business.
  • Develop an understanding of common partner business challenges and map platform features to business benefits.
  • Serve as an escalation point and drive timely, proactive resolution of partner issues.
  • Travel to partner locations and IT Nation events.
  • Help create scalable playbooks and processes for partner interactions, profiles, communication, prioritization, and escalation visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred: SaaS industry experience.
  • Ability to manage large projects and processes independently with limited supervision.
  • Recognized subject matter expert in industry standards.
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and processes based on partner requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes across functions.
  • Ability to quickly understand and explain technical and business concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of the IT service provider market and business.
  • Technical acumen and business management skills.
  • Remote or hybrid work depending on location.
  • 30% travel may be required.
