Description

  • Identify and engage strategic external partners that align with client trust and safety initiatives.
  • Act as the primary regional contact and champion for the client’s Trust organization, including occasional international and domestic travel.
  • Support the development and execution of programs, events, and presentations to deepen engagement with safety experts, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage partner relationships and workflow, tracking deliverables, milestones, and progress against goals.
  • Communicate plans, progress, and impact regularly to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support tracking of budgets and report qualitative and quantitative impact metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams (Community Support, Public Policy, Communications, etc.) to align partnership strategy with broader company objectives and optimize collaboration processes.
  • Apply creative and strategic approaches to partnerships to differentiate the client’s work and increase proactive capacity and impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic external engagement initiatives involving multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record supporting multi-faceted partnerships across public and private sectors, including nonprofits, multilateral organizations, academic experts, and policymakers.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects from concept to implementation.
  • Experience organizing and executing events, facilitating consensus building, and developing programs for internal and external audiences.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adaptable from executive presentations to tactical stakeholder updates.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, strategic judgment, and ability to perform under pressure and manage ambiguity in a dynamic organization.
  • Proven ability to quickly build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners and to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Acute attention to detail, strong organizational bias, and capacity to evaluate/report qualitative and quantitative impact metrics.
  • Experience working in the APAC market with non-profit and governmental entities and willingness to travel up to 20%.
  • Authorization to work in Hong Kong without employer sponsorship; position is based in Hong Kong and allows remote work within that location; full-time availability (Monday–Friday) with occasional evenings and weekends as required.
  • Preferred: advanced degree in a relevant field and experience with trust and safety in the technology sector.

Benefits

  • Hong Kong pay: 450,000 HKD (pay range disclosed for Hong Kong).
