Description

  • Lead the execution of customer projects to deliver use cases within agreed timelines and scope.
  • Act as the bridge between technical teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to keep objectives, milestones, and outcomes aligned.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities based on business impact and customer needs.
  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle from kickoff to completion, ensuring customer requirements and company standards are met.
  • Define project plans, objectives, scope, deliverables, and KPIs for each engagement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including pods, data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, to deliver solutions.
  • Track project progress, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with customers to understand business challenges and translate use cases into actionable project plans.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, including check-ins, updates, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Align internal teams and external partners, remove blockers, and escalate critical issues or dependencies when needed.

Requirements

  • Strong project management experience in AI, SaaS, or data-driven enterprise solutions.
  • Experience managing customer-facing projects with a balance of technical execution and business impact.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data integration, and enterprise software implementation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate technical details into business value.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Experience using Jira and other project management tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and handle multiple priorities autonomously.
