Description

  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders to identify HRIS requirements, enhancements, and integration opportunities.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on HRIS, including automation initiatives, team training, technical support, and troubleshooting.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of automation that optimizes People Operations processes.
  • Deliver automation work on time, including documentation, deployment, and integration with existing systems.
  • Design custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support People Operations decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor automation performance metrics and improve processes based on data-driven insights.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and compliance with GDPR, ISO 9001, and ISO 27001.
  • Act as a coach and trusted advisor on People Operations-related issues for line managers and other stakeholders.
  • Support additional projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with HRIS management.
  • Strong understanding of People Operations processes, regulations, and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Superior relationship-building skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with HR data migration or HRIS implementation is preferred.
  • Software development knowledge or background is an asset.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies is preferred.
  • Experience coaching, training, or train-the-trainer work is preferred.
  • Experience scripting with Deluge is preferred.
  • French language proficiency is preferred.
