Description

  • Instruct assigned online courses according to the provided course plan.
  • Teach pre-licensing, continuing education, and post-licensing courses as needed based on specialty and demand.
  • Actively engage with students in the online classroom.
  • Use webinar and livestream technology to deliver online instruction effectively.
  • Help students understand course material by providing real-world examples and answering questions.
  • Recommend strategies for student success and support students in meeting course objectives.
  • Participate in faculty curriculum meetings, ad-hoc meetings, and trainings as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney.
  • Active Georgia state-specific real estate license as a salesperson or broker.
  • Georgia Real Estate Instructor license required.
  • Previous instruction and/or training experience required.
  • Computer with an HD camera and microphone required.
  • Quiet, dedicated office space with a strong internet connection required.
  • DREI certification preferred.
  • Schedule flexibility required.
