Description

  • Lead and inspire community initiatives by creating events, campaigns, and content that drive engagement across the Coins.ph ecosystem.
  • Mentor and guide new community members through their crypto journey, connecting them with resources and support.
  • Cultivate an inclusive, welcoming online and offline community culture and moderate community spaces to uphold those values.
  • Collect and relay community insights, feedback, and ideas to the Coins.ph team to influence product and community improvements.
  • Act as a self-starter to build, expand, and sustain local and nationwide community chapters and activities.
  • Organize and coordinate Champions' Quests, meetups, and other community-exclusive initiatives in collaboration with the Community Manager.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to carry out community implementations that improve customer experience and adoption.

Requirements

  • Strong advocacy for Coins.ph and alignment with the vision to grow crypto adoption in the Philippines.
  • Passion for community building and experience creating events, campaigns, or content for online/offline communities.
  • Enthusiasm for cryptocurrency and readiness to share knowledge, participate in discussions, and mentor others.
  • Self-starter mindset with initiative to start and grow local community efforts independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to mentor members and foster relationships within the ecosystem.
  • Willingness to attend and support online and in-person events, including major crypto gatherings in the Philippines.
  • Familiarity with community platforms such as Telegram and Discord (preferred).
  • Based in the Philippines or able to support local/nationwide community activities (volunteer time commitment required).
