Description

  • Provide accurate, timely, and personalized customer support across channels while meeting SLAs and following SOPs.
  • Execute daily operational workflows and identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Identify, escalate, and communicate updates on customer and operational issues.
  • Assess cryptocurrency listing applications against defined criteria and company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer matters and improve operational handoffs.
  • Track and report performance metrics, operational issues, and user feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Maintain relationships with customers, project teams, exchanges, and partners, and provide peer support in Telegram, Discord, and other communities.
  • Monitor cryptocurrency and Web3 trends and adapt processes when industry developments affect operations.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in crypto, finance, accounting, consulting, customer support, fintech, or startup environments.
  • Foundational knowledge of operations functions including customer support, curation, due diligence, trend analysis, relationship management, and presentations.
  • Knowledge of Bitcoin, Ethereum, DeFi, NFTs, DApps, exchanges, and other Web3 products.
  • Experience with CRM and automation tools such as Zendesk; familiarity with blockchain explorers, DEX data aggregators, and web analytics is preferred.
  • General understanding of Web3 and DeFi, with an active interest in cryptocurrency industry trends.
  • Understanding of CoinGecko’s products and services.
  • Customer-first approach with strong empathy, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take ownership of projects and deadlines.
  • Analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to high standards of accuracy and quality.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, strong teamwork skills, sound judgment, and ability to handle sensitive data.
