Description

  • Increase digital presence across email, content, social channels, partnerships, and other broader marketing projects as needed.
  • Create and repurpose content that helps users discover, understand, and adopt CoinGecko’s products across the consideration and conversion funnel.
  • Manage content production from ideation through implementation, including market research, copywriting, basic design, and distribution.
  • Support the creation and optimization of landing pages with accurate messaging, clean formatting, and SEO and CRO best practices.
  • Own and manage email campaigns and lifecycle automations across CoinGecko and GeckoTerminal, including drafting, formatting, sending, testing, and optimizing performance.
  • Support and execute co-marketing partnership initiatives, including coordination, asset delivery, alignment, and stakeholder management.
  • Independently manage CoinGecko’s and GeckoTerminal’s social media channels, including X, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Telegram, and LinkedIn.
  • Execute end-to-end user campaigns and product launches through project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics across channels and communicate insights, feedback, and learnings regularly.
  • Support operational workflows, maintain playbooks and documentation, and complete ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

  • 3-6 months of relevant work or internship experience.
  • Strong interest in one or more marketing channels such as social media, video, content marketing, or digital PR.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of market research, copywriting, storytelling, design tools such as Adobe or Canva, branding, UI/UX tools such as Figma, HTML/CSS, and analytics tools such as GSheets, Google Analytics, or SQL.
  • Passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial markets is a strong plus.
  • Ability to build a strong understanding of users, their needs versus wants, and market trends.
  • Proactive attitude with a bias to action and willingness to upskill and apply new learnings.
  • High attention to detail, strong focus on accuracy and quality, and ability to deliver work on time.
  • Data-informed decision-making mindset with the openness to adopt better ideas from others.
  • Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
