Description

  • Support day-to-day Central Rating activities across assigned studies and help improve related workflows.
  • Assist with tracking and documenting clinician performance data and metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and current clinician training, certification, and recalibration documentation.
  • Coordinate clinician training and recalibration schedules and track progress with Central Rating Management.
  • Work with Science and Learning stakeholders to develop and implement automated clinician training curricula.
  • Provide technical support to clinicians for platform, device, calendar, onboarding, and system access issues.
  • Deliver clinician status reports and proactively communicate project updates, deliverables, and risks to study teams and stakeholders.
  • Triage inbound Central Rating questions and issues, document escalations and resolutions, and route complex issues to leadership as needed.
  • Maintain clinician documentation, including contracts, CVs, certificates, payment-related records, and audit-ready files.
  • Mentor junior team members and support Central Rating process improvement initiatives with minimal oversight.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in clinical trials, central rating, or regulated research operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Understanding of SOP-driven clinical operations and documentation.
  • Experience supporting audits or reporting metrics.
  • Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Understanding of traditional neuropsychological or psychological assessment tools.
  • Understanding of clinical trials, regulatory, and legal processes.
  • Experience working cross-functionally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including conflict resolution and de-escalation.
  • Prior experience in central rating is desirable.
