Description

  • Design, develop, and deliver scalable, resilient, high-performance backend systems for a cybersecurity platform.
  • Build and maintain microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native solutions using Golang and GCP.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to design scalable technical solutions and improve platform reliability.
  • Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering excellence.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in backend software engineering and distributed systems.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Golang (Go), with 7+ years preferred.
  • Expertise in microservices architecture, REST APIs, and gRPC.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, with GCP preferred.
  • Knowledge of asynchronous messaging technologies such as Google Pub/Sub or Kafka.
  • Strong understanding of NoSQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with GitOps, DevOps methodologies, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Experience with unit testing, BDD testing, and clean coding practices.
  • Familiarity with software design principles, UML, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exposure to cybersecurity, penetration testing, or offensive security is preferred.
  • Interest or familiarity with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) is preferred.
