Description

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the business for new demands requiring technology or operations enablement and solutions.
  • Manage project stakeholders, including escalations, expectations, conflicts, and scope changes.
  • Lead overall project delivery across quality, scope, and budget.
  • Develop and execute the overall project plan and coordinate module or project delivery within strategic programs.
  • Manage scope changes by assessing impacts to timeline and cost and ensuring approvals from the Project Steering Committee.
  • Prepare investment approval materials and support project approval through the investment committee.
  • Organize and facilitate Project Steering Committee meetings and chair working-level meetings.
  • Anticipate, track, and manage project risks and issues, including timely escalation and resolution ownership.
  • Prepare the overall implementation plan and coordinate execution across technology, business, operations, regulators, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress and report status to stakeholders while ensuring IT governance and process adherence throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Strong business domain knowledge with experience delivering solutions across Risk Management, Common Reporting Standard (CRS), Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and Human Resources (HR).
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision while maintaining focus on overall delivery.
  • Understanding of technology and operational processes across functions and departments in a bank or market environment.
  • Familiarity with change management processes and project management principles.
  • Strong communication, influencing, negotiating, and persuasion skills.
  • Strategic and forward-thinking approach to problem-solving.
  • Passionate, diligent, and resilient, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Experience in scoping and evaluation, including scalability, maintainability, cost, operations, and technology principal risk considerations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant banking and/or consulting experience.
  • Proficiency with SQL, data modeling, Microsoft Excel, data visualization, PowerPoint, Visio, UML, JIRA, and Confluence.
