Description

  • Work with clients and internal teams on a wide range of projects, from greenfield startups to mission-critical enterprise systems.
  • Serve as an embedded craftsperson within client development teams to improve their software quality and delivery practices.
  • Coach and mentor colleagues and client teams in Software Craftsmanship and Extreme Programming practices.
  • Provide consultancy and technical guidance to clients to help them get better at writing their own software.
  • Help shape Codurance’s processes, culture, and technical direction through internal contributions.
  • Support knowledge sharing and continuous learning across the company and with clients.
  • Participate in delivering solutions across different contexts, adapting practices to client needs.

Requirements

  • Experience in Java
  • Familiarity with cloud solutions, specifically AWS
  • Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with React
  • Appreciation for good development practices such as test-driven development, pair programming, and continuous integration/deployment
  • Consultancy experience working directly with clients
  • Passion for continuous learning and sharing knowledge with others
  • Alignment with company values of pragmatism, professionalism, and transparency
  • Willingness to work with Codurance’s Brazil team (based in Brazil)
