Description

  • Design and build scalable, secure, high-performance web applications using .NET, C#, and Blazor.
  • Lead the end-to-end migration from legacy JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS and jQuery to a Blazor architecture.
  • Optimize application performance, security, and scalability, and document technical patterns, standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver sprint commitments.
  • Own code analysis, technology evaluations, and database optimizations in Microsoft SQL Server environments.
  • Translate product vision into production-ready software at the end of each sprint.
  • Work closely with senior engineers on the modernization and evolution of the enterprise application suite.

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in .NET/.NET Core.
  • Hands-on experience with C#, Blazor, MS SQL Server, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Demonstrable experience unit testing backend business logic and delivering production-ready code.
  • Comfort using AI-assisted development tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Cursor.
  • Ownership mindset with strong judgment, rapid learning ability, and logical problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to complete mandatory HIPAA training and awareness compliance.
  • Advanced English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience building or consuming RESTful web services and Web APIs is preferred.
  • Direct exposure to .NET 10 features and advanced Blazor server/WebAssembly rendering modes is preferred.
  • Experience migrating legacy frontend architectures within complex corporate ecosystems is preferred.
  • Prior exposure to healthcare data standards or secure cloud infrastructure in Azure is preferred.
