Description

Lead the development of the React Native mobile app, owning architecture, performance, and code quality.
Design, develop, and deploy features across the full stack, including frontend and backend.
Build and refine offline-first capabilities to support field operations in low-connectivity environments.
Contribute to architectural decisions that improve scalability and long-term maintainability.
Design and optimize database schemas using PostgreSQL and Drizzle ORM.
Write clean, testable code and conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally in an Agile environment to deliver high-impact features.
Work closely with international teams and partners to support product delivery.

Requirements

Deep expertise in React and React Native with strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript.
Experience with Vite, Tailwind CSS, and Shadcn UI.
Strong background in Node.js and Express.js.
Proven experience with PostgreSQL and ORMs, preferably Drizzle ORM.
Ability to architect and implement scalable RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of web security best practices, including Helmet, CORS, and JWT.
Clear communication skills and ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
Self-driven, adaptable, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented.
Experience with offline-first strategies and data sync patterns such as IndexedDB (nice to have).
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments (nice to have).
