Description

  • Design and develop cross‑platform mobile applications that prioritize quality, performance and user experience.
  • Integrate mobile apps with backend APIs and services to ensure end‑to‑end scalability and reliable functionality.
  • Participate in technical architecture decisions, project structure and adoption of development best practices.
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing, performance optimization and reliable deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with remote, cross‑functional teams on code reviews, technical documentation and continuous product improvement.
  • Work with cloud services such as Firebase, AWS or Google Cloud to support key application functionality.
  • Operate within monorepo environments and follow trunk‑based development workflows with Git.
  • Improve mobile testing, release processes and CI/CD pipelines to increase reliability and delivery speed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience developing mobile applications with Flutter.
  • Strong command of unit testing for mobile applications.
  • Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Firebase.
  • Experience working with Git using trunk‑based development workflows.
  • Familiarity with monorepo project structures.
  • Good technical judgment, autonomy and a strong orientation to code quality.
  • Preferred: experience with Codemagic or other mobile CI/CD pipelines.
  • Preferred: experience with automation frameworks such as Maestro.dev.
  • Preferred: experience improving mobile performance, testing or release processes.
  • Must reside in Peru; applications from other countries/cities will not be considered.
