Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure Azure cloud architectures.
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for reliable and continuous software delivery.
  • Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code for automated and reproducible environments.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations such as HIPAA and PHI.
  • Define monitoring, logging, alerting, and cost optimization strategies across Azure environments.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams as a cloud subject matter expert.
  • Support the secure processing of healthcare data, including DICOM medical images.
  • Contribute to architecture, automation, and optimization decisions for global healthcare solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure in complex, enterprise environments.
  • 4+ years of experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
  • 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, with Terraform preferred; ARM or Bicep also valued.
  • 3+ years of experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes (AKS).
  • 3+ years of experience scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • 2+ years of experience working in regulated environments and applying standards such as HIPAA or similar.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Proven experience designing secure solutions for handling sensitive data.
  • Strong autonomy and ability to drive technical decisions.
  • Experience with medical imaging and DICOM standards, such as Orthanc, dcm4che, or PACS, is preferred.
  • Experience with large-scale data architectures or Real-World Data (RWD) is preferred.
  • Experience with Azure-native databases such as Cosmos DB or Azure SQL and performance optimization is preferred.
  • Background collaborating with data engineering or machine learning teams is preferred.
