Description

  • Embed with functional teams to audit current workflows, identify repetitive tasks, and prioritize high-leverage automation opportunities.
  • Develop task-specific agents and automations for use cases such as research synthesis, status updates, partner reporting, and monitoring.
  • Use Claude, Claude Code, MCP integrations, and existing tools to ship working prototypes quickly and iterate based on feedback.
  • Turn rough AI prototypes into production-grade tools by defining rubrics, evals, and review steps that ensure consistent quality.
  • Create reusable skills, plugins, and templates that teams can self-serve from after the engagement ends.
  • Coach team members toward self-sufficiency by building alongside them and improving their AI fluency.
  • Track and report outcomes such as time saved and quality improvements, then present results to leadership.
  • Document solutions, hand off cleanly, and rotate to the next function as engagements complete.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in automation or ops tooling, including recent hands-on LLM or agent work in a professional setting.
  • Hands-on proficiency with LLM APIs such as Claude and low-code/no-code agent frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of prompt engineering and evaluation design.
  • Systems-thinking ability to break down complex workflows and identify automatable steps.
  • Experience embedding with non-technical teams, earning trust quickly, and translating pain points into working solutions.
  • Strong taste and judgment for AI output quality, including the ability to build guardrails that maintain standards.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to meet people at different levels of AI proficiency.
  • Experience deploying Claude or another enterprise AI assistant across a largely non-technical organization is preferred.
  • Familiarity with MCP integrations and agent architecture patterns is preferred.
  • Background in change management or internal transformation programs is preferred.
