Description

  • Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest channels.
  • Schedule and publish content across all assigned platforms.
  • Adapt content to each platform’s algorithm and optimize cross-posting.
  • Own KPIs for assigned social media channels.
  • Create and manage content calendars.
  • Coordinate with the YouTube Specialist to repurpose video content.
  • Monitor engagement and community interactions.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare reporting.
  • Follow documented SOPs and workflows.
  • Continuously improve social media processes.

Requirements

  • Availability for part-time work at 20 hours per week.
  • Ability to work in ET time zone.
  • Strong English proficiency, with CEFR level required in the application.
  • Resume/Coconut VA profile must follow the provided English template.
  • 1-minute introduction video link required with the application.
  • Ability to manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest.
  • Experience with engagement work, not just posting content.
  • Strong brand voice and design adaptation skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and in a process-oriented way.
  • Strong written English and familiarity with American audiences and brand voice.
  • Graphic design skills, basic video editing, Pinterest experience, nonprofit experience, and Canva experience are preferred.
  • Experience following documented SOPs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with a video research tool, an AI editing tool, and an AI clip maker.
