Description

  • Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts across web, mobile, and backend systems.
  • Perform manual and automated testing across functional, regression, integration, and exploratory cycles.
  • Identify edge cases, usability issues, and defects through thorough testing from multiple perspectives.
  • Document bugs clearly so developers can reproduce and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers throughout the sprint and release cycle.
  • Advocate for quality from requirements gathering through post-release monitoring.
  • Own end-to-end testing for assigned features and ensure releases meet quality standards.
  • Recommend improvements to QA processes, testing strategies, and tooling to improve product quality.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on QA experience with software testing, test case creation, and defect management.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with familiarity in SDLC.
  • Experience using QA tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to document bugs and collaborate effectively.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright (good to have).
  • Familiarity with API testing tools, including Postman (good to have).
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced product environment (good to have).
  • Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
  • CEFR English proficiency level required for the application.
