Description

  • Prospect and generate leads for outreach campaigns.
  • Build targeted lead lists using Apollo or similar prospecting tools.
  • Enrich lead lists by filling in missing contact details such as emails and phone numbers.
  • Manage social media by posting consistently to increase visibility and followers.
  • Conduct email marketing and outreach to cold and warm leads.
  • Set up and link Calendly or a similar scheduling tool in email signatures.
  • Organize and maintain lead data in Excel or spreadsheets.
  • Support related administrative tasks for marketing and outreach workflows.
  • Use market research to support targeting in relevant industries when needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in prospecting and lead generation.
  • Experience building targeted lead lists using Apollo or a similar prospecting tool.
  • Experience enriching lead lists with missing contact information.
  • Experience managing social media and posting consistently.
  • Experience with email marketing and outreach to cold and warm leads.
  • Experience setting up Calendly or a similar scheduling tool.
  • Ability to organize and manage lead data in Excel or spreadsheets.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite, including Docs, Sheets, or Excel.
  • Calendly or a similar scheduling tool is non-negotiable.
  • Experience in life sciences, especially medical device and diagnostics, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or pharma space is a plus.
  • Experience in private equity or private investment outreach is a plus.
  • Strong market research skills in medical device and diagnostics are a plus.
