Description

  • Develop and scale intelligent solutions for high-volume collection and debt recovery operations.
  • Design customer-centric renegotiation and installment strategies that balance recovery goals with customer satisfaction.
  • Use AI to prioritize work, automate workflows, and speed up feature delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Customer Success teams to test and implement recovery strategies.
  • Analyze customer behavior data to measure impact and continuously improve collection approaches.
  • Build backend solutions that support collection journeys from end to end.
  • Apply technical solutions that directly influence business results and customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Solid software development experience with backend technologies, preferably Python, though other backend languages are acceptable.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and models and the ability to integrate them into real-world applications.
  • Genuine interest in credit, collections, and debt recovery domains.
  • Impact-oriented mindset focused on solving real problems and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with urgency and customer-first thinking.
  • Advanced or fluent English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in credit, collections, or financial services is preferred.
  • Comfort with data analysis tools and deriving insights from customer behavior patterns is preferred.
  • Experience building or deploying machine learning models in production is preferred.
