Description

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for Engineering and Product roles from sourcing through offer closure.
  • Proactively headhunt and source senior technical talent across European markets.
  • Build and maintain long-term pipelines for senior and niche technical candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers and engineering/product leaders on role calibration, market benchmarking, and hiring timelines.
  • Drive structured interview processes and uphold high hiring standards.
  • Track hiring performance metrics such as time to fill, time to hire, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Use AI and modern sourcing tools to improve recruiting speed and quality.
  • Maintain accurate ATS data and produce data-driven recruiting reports.
  • Contribute to CloudTalk’s employer brand within the tech community.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with strong exposure to tech hiring.
  • Proven success hiring engineers and product professionals in Europe.
  • Strong sourcing mindset with comfort reaching out to passive candidates daily.
  • Experience owning senior and leadership searches, including Engineering Manager and Director-level roles.
  • Ability to communicate hiring insights backed by data.
  • Fluent English at C1+ level.
  • Comfort experimenting with new tools, sourcing strategies, and automation.
  • Interest in AI and modern recruitment trends.
  • Ownership, resilience, business thinking, and high standards are important traits for the role.
