Description

  • Take end-to-end ownership of a product domain, platform component, or business-critical technical area.
  • Shape the technical direction and make architectural decisions for the assigned domain.
  • Write, review, and maintain production code in the owned area.
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines and prepare releases for the domain or product component.
  • Turn ideas, experiments, or unclear requirements into working solutions through rapid prototyping.
  • Use AI tools to speed up routine work such as drafting technical specs, writing tests, refactoring, and planning implementation.
  • Identify technical bottlenecks and lead improvements to architecture, infrastructure, and observability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical plans and priorities.
  • Support production operations by helping with incidents and improving monitoring and observability.
  • Validate AI-generated output to ensure correctness and prevent design drift or low-quality implementations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals with the ability to apply them across different languages, frameworks, and environments.
  • Regular, advanced use of LLM-based tools for development, debugging, testing, refactoring, or code review.
  • Strong Linux fundamentals.
  • Experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines or runners.
  • Ability to turn unclear requirements into a clear technical plan and make trade-offs based on impact.
  • Experience shipping projects in high-accountability environments with direct ownership of outcomes.
  • Professional English communication, including clear status updates and the ability to explain technical trade-offs to different stakeholders.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development workflows is required, not just occasional experimentation.
