Description

  • Build, structure, and refine PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and X/Twitter with clean account architectures and intentional segmentation.
  • Create campaigns that reflect brand voice, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and funnel needs rather than generic AI-generated defaults.
  • Perform daily optimization and keyword hygiene, including reviewing and expanding negative keyword lists every day.
  • Analyze performance and act quickly on insights: pause or reallocate spend, adjust bids, and test new ideas to improve ROI.
  • Design and run A/B tests on creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages to identify winning variants.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports that provide insights and tie trends to business outcomes (pipeline, CAC, lead quality) and recommend next steps with rationale.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Content, and Design teams to align messaging, creative, and experimentation plans.
  • Develop documentation, playbooks, and scalable PPC processes and own performance across all major platforms.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.
  • Deep understanding of keyword strategy, bidding behavior, funnel mapping, and intent.
  • Strong preference for manual campaign control and experience disabling/controlling AI/auto-optimization when it conflicts with brand or funnel strategy.
  • Proven experience with daily negative keyword management and maintaining keyword hygiene.
  • Experience designing and running A/B tests on creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data beyond surface metrics to connect performance to business outcomes.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a growth-oriented environment with fast iteration and experimentation.
