Description

  • Create and optimize content designed to surface in AI-generated answers, including question-led and comparison pages.
  • Track where the brand appears across major AI surfaces and report on coverage trends.
  • Identify high-intent prompts and ship supporting content to improve visibility.
  • Execute an average of two pieces of work per day, including content, community insertions, and listicle outreach.
  • Conduct outreach for inclusion in industry listicles, review sites, and category roundups.
  • Manage and grow the brand's presence on G2, Capterra, TrustRadius, and similar platforms.
  • Build relationships with analyst-style writers and journalists covering the category.
  • Participate authentically in Reddit, Quora, Hacker News, and other relevant community discussions.
  • Identify high-traffic threads mentioning competitors but not the brand, and work to change that.
  • Log experiments, monitor AI visibility weekly, and write short async recaps on results and learnings.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in content, SEO, community management, or PR execution.
  • Experience personally writing content, running outreach, and posting in communities.
  • Comfort using LLMs daily and understanding how they surface answers.
  • Comfort participating in Reddit, Hacker News, Quora, or similar communities with strong community awareness.
  • Strong written English and the ability to write human-sounding, quote-worthy content.
  • Ability to write clearly, directly, and briefly.
  • Comfort working asynchronously across time zones.
  • Preference for candidates who want to be measured on output and move quickly through fast feedback loops.
  • Familiarity with AI visibility tracking tools such as Profound, Goodie, or AthenaHQ is a bonus.
