Description

  • Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical sales support.
  • Identify customer initiatives and business problems and map them to Cloudflare solutions.
  • Build relationships with technical champions within customer accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver customer presentations for enterprise stakeholders.
  • Lead product demos and proof-of-concept activities for prospects and customers.
  • Create professional technical content such as white papers, blog posts, and other knowledge-sharing materials.
  • Represent and evangelize Cloudflare at developer, community, technology, cybersecurity, and industry events.
  • Advise customers on best practices using in-depth vertical or domain expertise.

Requirements

  • Fluency in a Nordic language.
  • Previous experience as a Solutions Engineer or other customer-facing technical role in CDN, security, networking, or SaaS.
  • Solid communication, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage several projects and activities concurrently.
  • Highly driven, curious, team-oriented, and able to work with a sense of urgency.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for customer meetings, conferences, industry events, and team collaboration.
  • Fundamental understanding of customer network and/or application architectures (preferred).
  • Experience with hybrid architectures involving Azure, AWS, or GCP (preferred).
  • Knowledge or experience in application/network security, SaaS environments, VPN and remote access, SIEM/log analytics platforms, client OS fundamentals, software distribution, routing, subnetting, split tunnels, SD-WAN, and local internet breakout (preferred).
  • Experience communicating network and security transformation to senior-level or executive stakeholders (preferred).
  • Knowledge of the competitive market for CDN providers and internet security technologies (preferred).
