Description

  • Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical sales support.
  • Identify customer initiatives and business problems and map them to Cloudflare solutions.
  • Build relationships and technical champions within customer accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demos to enterprise stakeholders.
  • Lead demo and proof-of-concept activities for prospects and customers.
  • Create professional technical content such as white papers, blog posts, and other knowledge-sharing materials.
  • Represent and evangelize Cloudflare at developer, community, technology, cybersecurity, and industry events.
  • Advise customers on best practices using vertical and domain expertise.
  • Support enterprise accounts and new customer acquisition across Kuwait and Bahrain.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Solutions Engineer or other customer-facing technical role in CDN, Security, Networking, or SaaS.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to manage several projects and activities concurrently.
  • Highly driven, curious, team-oriented, and able to work with urgency.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer meetings, conferences, industry events, and collaboration with teammates.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Fundamental understanding of customer network and/or application architectures (preferred).
  • Understanding of hybrid architectures with Azure, AWS, and GCP (preferred).
  • Experience or knowledge in application/network security, SaaS environments, VPN and remote access, SIEM/log analytics, client OS fundamentals, software distribution, routing, subnetting, split tunnels, SD-WAN, local internet breakout, DDoS, malware, phishing, viruses, and the competitive CDN/security market (preferred).
  • Experience communicating with senior leaders and executives about network and security transformation (preferred).
  • Authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export laws may be required as a condition of employment.
