Description

  • Deliver executive-level demonstrations and work directly with customers and prospects to implement concepts and solutions within customer environments while evangelizing Cloudflare’s platform.
  • Develop and implement a technology-informed regional go-to-market strategy that integrates with the company’s overall strategic roadmap.
  • Define and simplify Cloudflare’s offering for key market segments and craft and deliver core messaging to the market.
  • Build awareness of market conditions and the competitive landscape to inform regional strategy and positioning.
  • Collaborate with international and regional leadership peers on key company initiatives and help define regional priorities with global leaders.
  • Introduce new innovations to the market through traditional and social media, blogs, press interviews, and analyst briefings.
  • Drive and contribute to business activities including business reviews, pipeline generation, and assisting with deal closure.
  • Engage with strategic accounts by building strong relationships with senior leaders and decision makers and help drive product adoption.
  • Work with solution engineering and product teams as a company technical voice to evolve products to meet market and customer needs.
  • Work within the Cloudflare Regional Leadership team to formulate tactical and long-term strategic plans that increase technology awareness, drive market development, and contribute to company growth targets, and be available to travel regularly (at least 30%).

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT, cyber security, consultancy, service provider, or telecommunications industries, with at least 3 years in a similar position.
  • Proven CxO-level relationships at both business and technical levels and established executive customer, partner, and industry associations that can be leveraged.
  • Experience shaping and translating a technology-enabled vision into delivery of successful business outcomes and leading organizations through digital transitions.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with cloud-based models including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS and experience working with customers through cloud/digital transformation.
  • Background in cyber security, security operations, and IT risk governance.
  • Experience working with web-scale organizations or large service providers.
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-performing technical teams.
  • Experience speaking at public forums and presenting at industry events and acting as a public-facing persona for an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to forge and sustain effective internal and external partnerships and to articulate and manage change while supporting people.
  • Desirable: experience in technology start-up environments that led to significant business growth or acquisition, and a broad, forward-looking industry knowledge.
